Kunekune pigs (pronounced “cooney cooney”) are a heritage breed of swine originating in New Zealand. These smaller pigs are praised for their ability to thrive on 100% grass.  Although we spoil our girls with adding fresh bananas and carrots, household scraps and grain breads to their meals daily.  In short, they are fed a diverse, healthy diet and lead an active lifestyle that translates into the most delicious pork you’ve ever tasted!

Their meat has beautiful fat marbling and incredible flavor that is nothing like typical grocery store pork. Kunekune meat is a high quality dark red pork, high in Omega-3 fatty acids and low in saturated fat.

Dexter cows are a small Irish breed. 2/3 the size of a Hereford, naturally tender, high in Omega 3 and 6, good marbling and big in flavor. Mini Herefords are a compact version of the classic. The breed has a good marble score with a quality as high as the Angus. Our cows diet is filled with fresh field grass, mixed grains, beet mix and treats of fresh summer greens and fall squash.

We have many varieties of egg-layer chickens. They lay eggs from white, pink, blue, green and brown shades.
